Get To Know Us!  Spectra Environmental Group Inc. (SEGI) is part of a network of independent environmental professionals that have been providing an array of services in the southeast since 1991. SEGI specializes in managing hazardous and regulated waste.  Spectra is licensed to transport hazardous waste by the State of Tennessee (TDEC) and the U.S.D.O.T. Spectra also has a Used Oil Transporters and Processors Permit. Spectra was inspected by both "TDEC" and "TOSHA" in 2003-04-05. Spectra had no violations. Spectra has no unresolved issues with any regulatory agencies.  No customer has ever received a result as fine as the services provided by SEGI.  Spectra is fully insured and licensed to meet all regulatory requirements. Business Information  Spectra Environmental Group Inc. is incorporated in the State of Tennessee as a "For-Profit" subchapter S corporation. Spectra is a privately held small business. Officers work in the company.  Spectra's purchasing terms are "Net 30 days" and purchase orders are required.  Spectra offers flexible credit terms to its customers based on credit review.  SEGI is not a party to any adverse legal action.The company has no know regulatory violations.  SEGI is affiliated with Spectra Recycling Inc. These companies were a spinoff of the former Spectra Services Inc. SERVICE AREA  Spectra provides both scheduled route service and special on call services to meet your needs throughout the southeast. TENNESSEE  Spectra provides weekly routing service to every city in Tennessee. Surrounding States   Spectra provides service on a bi-weekly route in Eastern Kentucky,Western W. Virgina, North Georgia and Western Virgina.   Service is on a monthly route in Western  N.Carolina,  Northern Alabama and Northern S. Carolina. SPECIAL NEEDS  Spectra can provide for your special service needs anywhere in the Southeast U.S.on a special schedule. GENERAL LIABILITY  SEGI carries a one million dollar general liability insurance policy which includes environmental coverage. Spectra has never had a "General Liability Insurance" claim. SAFETY        & INSURANCE HISTORY  Spectra has just completed a voluntary TOSHA safety inspection in 2004. Spectra has no violations or unresolved issues. A certificate is available.    Insurance Certificates are available upon request. Workman's Compensation  SEGI carries statutory levels of workmans compensation insurance. SEGI has a .96 experience factor. Spectra is a certified Tennessee Drug Free Work Place. AUTOMOTIVE INSURANCE  SEGI maintains a one million dollar automotive liability insurance policy. SEGI has never had a serious at fault automotive liability insurance claim. TRAINING EMPLOYEE  SEGI employees receive all training required by OSHA, USDOT and the EPA.that is necessary for their assigned job.  This training includes but is not limited to 40 Hour HAZWOPER, Confined Space, Right-to-Know, Vehicle Safety, Lockout-Tagout, P.P.E., Emergency Responce,  DOT HM181,Hazardous Communications, Tanker, Fork Truck, Mold and Fire Safety.
